1. Quotes

Every quote shown on this site is an estimate based on the device and condition you select. Quotes are valid for 14 days. The final price is confirmed after we receive and inspect your device.

2. Condition assessment

If your device does not match the condition you selected, we will email a revised offer. You may accept the revised offer or decline it — if you decline, we return your device free of charge.

3. Shipping

Once you accept a quote and submit your details, we create a shipping label via Royal Mail or InPost and email it to you — typically within one business day. You choose which courier suits you. You are responsible for packing the device securely. Risk of loss in transit passes to us on receipt at our premises.

4. Payment

Payment is issued within 24 hours of inspection via your chosen method (bank transfer, PayPal, or cheque). Bank holidays may extend this window.

5. Ownership

You confirm that you are the legal owner of any device you send us, that it is not subject to any finance agreement, and that it has been removed from any iCloud, Google, or manufacturer account.

6. Data

You must back up and wipe your device before shipping. We perform a full data wipe on arrival regardless, but we are not liable for any data left on a device.
